I am not currently accepting review requests from publishers to feature on my blog, however, I am able to offer featuring books and providing reviews for them on my bookstagram page blogsofabookaholic and my Goodreads page.
Alongside reviewing ARCs, I also try to feature them in other bookish list posts, on my Instagram, and other social networking sites.
I only accept physical ARCs as I do not use an e-reader. ARCs and uncorrected proofs will be considered on a case by case basis.
Please note that I do endeavor to read and review all ARCs sent to me as they are for promotion purposes and cost money, however, I also reserve the right not to review a book, as blogging is my hobby and I do not get paid for it!
I primarily read YA and fantasy so please take this into consideration when sending your request.
Please direct inquiries to the following email:
blogsofabookaholic@gmail.com
NOTE: Due to the volume of requests I receive, I am unfortunately unable to reply to everyone, so please do not be disheartened by this! I will also ignore requests that do not adhere to my review policy.

Before requesting, please take the time to have a look around my blog and familiarise yourself with the kind of books I like to read, my reviewing style and my rating system. My reviews tend to be quite long and detailed, and I pride myself on reviewing with honesty and integrity which means that if I do not like a book I will say so, but I will also be fair in my analysis and I always respect authors!
Please note that while I support and have great respect for self-published authors, I am not currently accepting review request from them at this time.
I am also open to interviewing authors and allowing them to guest post on my blog as long as they fit the above criteria. If you are interested in doing either of these please use the contact information above and provide a synopsis about why you would like to be featured. If you wish to guest post, please email with an idea that you think would fit in with my blog.
Please note that I rarely participate in blog tours (not because I have anything against them, but because when looking at other people’s blogs they are the posts that I usually skip and, therefore, I do not feel they are that effective or interesting for blog followers to read).
Would you be open to reviewing four comedy web episodes that deal with coming of age?
Dear Laurie, unfortunately this would not come under my remit, but thank you for inquiring!
Hi l’m releasing my book soon and am looking for reviewers. ‘Beyond the Darkness’ consists of four stories of a gothic fairytale genre. I’m happy to send you a paperback or ebook version.
If you’re interested then just let me know.
